fully cracked and functional, i recommend using iphonebrowser(http://code . google . com/p/iphonebrowser/) to copy to your iphone and then using installous(from cydia) to install it.... worked for me on 3.0
your iphone needs to be jailbroken for this to work, let me kno if it worked...
