This program will allow you to create a video, and it will use your images, you just need to add the necessary ones, then add the effects you are interested in, add text and sound, download PhotoToFilm  below. There is support for dynamic photos, and pictures are supported only in JPEG format. There are not very many settings, thanks to Russian support it is generally easy to figure it out.
