The Ghost and Mrs Muir is a light romantic comedy which ran from 1968 to 1970 on both NBC and ABC. It starred Edward Mulhare and Hope Lang in the title roles.

The series' premise is that widowed Carolyn Muir, her children, Candy and Jonathan, their maid, Martha, and dog Scruffy have moved into quaint Gull Cottage (really quite a spacious house) in scenic Schooner Bay on the coast of Maine. The catch -- the house is haunted by the ghost of its builder and first owner, 19th century sea captain Daniel Gregg.

The very first episode makes plain that Captain Gregg and Mrs Muir have an almost immediate attraction to each other, despite their age difference, and the series is never far from their subtle romance.
........

A number of interesting guest stars visit along the way, perhaps most notably the legendary Jack Gilford, as Uncle Arnold "The Magnificent", a second-rate magician spouting corny gags. Also sighted are Dom Deluise, Bill Bixby, Yvonne Craig, Jonathan Harris, Joe Flynn, and many other character actors of the day.

All together, this is a delightful series which probably ended much too soon. Edward Mulhare is absolutely magnificent as Captain Gregg, and is sadly little remembered. Hope Lang of course is a legend, as is Charles Nelson Reilly. The kids are great, and Reta Shaw as Martha is just classic.

This collection contains all 50 episodes (26 from S1 & 24 from S2). Quality is very good. I am not the original collector so I can't tell you the source or quality, but they look like DVD quality. I got these originally from the old KAT torrent site. These were originally two separate torrents (which I'm also still seeding), I've put them into one and added these notes.
